Field Tests for Internal Corrosion Control
Amine Residual Field Test
patent pending
Chemi-Sense field screen for MEA-based primary amine residuals. Three modes: 0–10 ppm with the kit warmer at 167°F (75°C) in about 35 minutes; 20–200 ppm with heater at 167°F (75°C) in about 15 minutes total; or 20–300 ppm at ambient with no heat, up to a 5-hour ceiling. Field screen, not a lab replacement. Request a callback: https://chemi-sense.com/contact
What’s Inside:

Dissolved Fe(II) Field Test
Patent Pending

This field-friendly test gives a visual reading of dissolved Fe(II) (ferrous iron) concentration. Rising dissolved Fe(II) can signal a change worth investigating. The Chemi-Sense Fe(II) screen gives a trend reading from 5 to 1,000 ppm in under 2 minutes at ambient; it is not a corrosion-rate measurement.
What’s Inside:
pH Detection Field Test
Patent Pending

pH can indicate changes in fluid chemistry that accelerate corrosion. This field screen reads the pH of the aqueous portion (free or emulsified water) of hydrocarbon and produced-water samples, pH 4 to 11, in about 2 minutes at ambient. It is not dry-oil pH and not a TAN substitute.
